This place is great. Excellent food, nice decor. The thing that puts this place over the top is their friendliness. A lot of Indian restaurants I've been to, the employees seem to be annoyed that you're dining in their establishment (looking at you, Taj Mahal.) Zayka has a remarkable staff who go above and beyond for their customers. Highly recommended!

As someone who comes from a family in which my step Dad is from India. I have had my fair share of honest Indian cuisine. This restaurant has been the closest closest thing to that experience. For those who have never had Indian food, I highly recommend butter chicken or chicken tikka masala. The service is phenomenal. They are very funny and friendly. They definitely don't know a stranger. Also the restaurant is very classy and well set. Don't feel the need to dress fancy, but it can be a perk for a fancy evening out.

wonderful. If you're in downtown Springfield Missouri, this is a great place to be. I chose them medium hot. It's perfect. Almost no weight, though it was a pretty full restaurant. Nice place outside if you want to go walk around afterwards.

One of the best chicken masala I have ever eaten. The customer service is wonderful. They make you feel so Welcome.

We've only gone for the lunch buffet and ordered dinner as carry out but done both several times. It has been a while because we moved further away but we definitely loved it and we will happily go again when we are next in town!

When we travel for my niece's birthday we wanted to try local places. We love Indian food so we thought we would try Zayka. Oh my gosh!!! This place is amazing and the people are so wonderful and made us feel welcome. The place was comforting and warm. I highly recommend the Tikka Masala and the Garlic Naan. We all got something different,different levels of heat and we loved it all. Plus so much leftovers to Nom on later. Lol We will definitely come back again!

I Finally decided to give this place a try and I'm so glad I did! I ordered the Tandoori Chicken which I requested to be bone in. The chicken was juicy and had a distinct grill taste to it and the sauce in which it was cooked was spectacular and spicy! It came paired with rice and I added an order of garlic Naan bread. Everything was hot, fresh and delicious and the portions are very generous! The Service was fast and friendly and the ambiance was quiet but upscale. Will definitely be back and would highly recommend to anyone who is in the mood for Indian food. Probably the best in the area!

Absolutely fantastic Indian restaurant smack-dab in the middle of America. Indian folks are everywhere these days and it's really great to see a community embrace their culture instead of pushing to Americanize the place. I was in for dinner with a business associate who had spent a little time in India (I haven't been there yet). I started with an Amrut Indian whiskey that was only fair. At a $9 price point it was still only fair. Good thing I came to eat Indian food instead of being there to drink Indian alcohol! For dinner I ordered Malai Kofta. I've never had it before but the menu description is: Homemade indian cheese, stuffed in vegetable balls & cooked in mildly-spiced creamy sauce with cashews & raisins. The balls were absolutely fantastic but I could have consumed probably one or two more. The sauce was amazingly complex and really flavorful. I ordered it 7/10 on heat and they delivered a dish that was complex and spicy as opposed to just being spicy. Really well done! Plain naan for the table and Gulab for dessert were both exactly as expected. I would be very happy to try these guys again and order something different. Guessing it would be just as spectacular.
